What Does The Roof Replacement Process Look Like?
The timeline for each of our projects has a four-step process that includes, 1) Preparation & Planning, 2) Safety, 3) Roof Installation & Cleanup, and 4) Final Inspection.
Preparation and Planning: This stage includes putting together a plan for the work that needs to be done. We will also obtain any necessary permits and order materials during this stage. Homeowners should read roofing day preparation to further understand what to expect.
Workers & Home Saftey Protocols: We assess each individual project to identify unique risks and requirements. This allows us to create a safety plan specic to your project that will ensure optimal protection for workers and property.
Roof Installation and Cleanup: Roof Installation & Cleanup – New roof installations typically take about one week for jobs totaling $75-$100k. Projects totaling $500k or more usually average roughly five to seven weeks. That said, inclement weather, environmental conditions, or other factors can delay the timeline. We strive to keep our jobsite clean while working and we always ensure when the work is nished that the jobsite is clean and we have properly disposed of all debris.
The Final Inspection: Once the work has been finished, we conduct a final inspection to ensure that all work is completed and conforms with our high standards.
We Are Licensed, Bonded, & Insured
