A Small Crew Starts Roofing In 1985
White Castle Roofing Is Formed
What started as a small band of hard-working individuals, White Castle Roofing has been evolving and growing for almost forty years! Month after month, year after year, the expansion of the company’s roster also brought on new stories.
Williams, a multi-decade craftsman, shares his stories growing up working for Mike Hansen and Steve Biegert in the early days.
“Steve was prompt and punctual. If he said the day started at 7:00 am it meant we were in full production at 7:00 am and not a minute later.”
Others also recall their time working for the roofing duo. Several said that it was good to work for business owners who were hard-working, honest, and cared about doing a job well done. They meant what they said and they said what they meant.

Over the years we have become more community driven. Without our fantastic staff and our wonderful customers, we would not be here today. Every year we host a Free Roof Rescue, we have our Grand Giveaway, and we also work with Habitat For Humanity.
WCR Opens A New Branch Office
White Castle Roofing Opens Omaha Roofing Location
White Castle Roofing opens its first branch location in Omaha, Nebraska! The team had already been working in town, but finally, putting some offices in the Omaha metropolitan area made sense. Better, faster, and cheaper response times allowed the WCR to do what it did best.
Luke Starts CompanyCam in 2015
A Photo App Built By Contractors
CompanyCam’s CEO Luke was born into the contractor life. As a member of the Hansen family, he was also an employee of the Hansen family roofing business. While they were roofing houses and trying to keep everything organized, taking photos became an important part of their process. The more photos they took, the harder it was to keep them organized.
Luke set out to find a solution for their photo issues, but he came up empty-handed. That’s when the Hansens decided to build their own app. How hard could it be? But they were roofers, not software developers. So they found an engineer, explained their idea, and got down to business.
