Scheduling coordinator | Omaha
Job Description
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining & organizing schedule(s), processing supplier & internal warehouse orders, excellent customer service, data entry, excellent communication, both internally & externally, and work at a fast pace and under pressure.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but not limited to):
- Good attendance, punctuality & reliability
- Handle potentially confidential & time sensitive material
- Respond to phone calls & quickly adjust schedule as needs emerge
- Order supplies& materials from supply companies/confirm deliveries
- Organize 2-3 weeks worth of jobs
- Call customer and explain roofing/guttering procedure; be helpful & answer questions
- Communicate any additional details to the project managers
- Technical Skills & Quality of Work
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Knowledge of construction processes & materials
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Salary: $15-18 per hour, based on experience
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
