Job Description

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining & organizing schedule(s), processing supplier & internal warehouse orders, excellent customer service, data entry, excellent communication, both internally & externally, and work at a fast pace and under pressure.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but not limited to):

  • Good attendance, punctuality & reliability
  • Handle potentially confidential & time sensitive material
  • Respond to phone calls & quickly adjust schedule as needs emerge
  • Order supplies& materials from supply companies/confirm deliveries
  • Organize 2-3 weeks worth of jobs
  • Call customer and explain roofing/guttering procedure; be helpful & answer questions
  • Communicate any additional details to the project managers
  • Technical Skills & Quality of Work

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of construction processes & materials
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Salary: $15-18 per hour, based on experience

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
